House League by Simcoe Spikes
Alpha Volleyball Academy (AVA) in partnership with the Simcoe Spikes and the Ontario Volleyball Association are a new not for profit organization formed in Simcoe/Muskoka to provide local youth with the opportunity to learn and enjoy the exciting sport of volleyball. AVA mission's statement is to have fun and provide an equal opportunity to play at their level. Our goal is to have fair play, play the game properly by learning the basics and have FUN!
Simcoe Spikes in partnership with the OVA Spikes House League will include:
- Volleyball foundations for beginners to learn basic skills and game play.
- 40% of kids from our House Leagues compete in the Ontario Volleyball Association with Pioneers or other clubs in the surrounding area.
- Provide progressive learning plans and drills throughout the program.
- Help prepare your child for success in school sports.
- Emphasizing social development
- Play 2 Hours of Practice/Games
- Training will be provided by our top rep coaches.
- Players will be given a Practice shirt and game jersey.
- Medals and awards
- Friends and family can be placed on the same team.
- Less players in each group

COMPETITIVE REP TEAMS - INDOORS
The Ontario Volleyball Association (OVA) Indoor Youth Competition season of play begins in September and ends in May of each year.
In accordance with the OVA regulations, team tryouts begin in September. Our teams include the following age categories for both girls anf boys:
INDOORS

SIMCOE SPIKES & PVC PROGRAMS
We are thrilled to introduce a new payment option for the enrolment of 3 or more multi program registrations!
In response to numerous requests for flexible payment terms, we understand the importance of helping parents budget for the Spring/Summer 2024.
Instead of the normal full payment due by start of the program, we now offer equal payment terms spread over 4 months at no additional cost.
An initial deposit of $250 per session is required at the time of enrolment, with the remaining balance of the fees divided into 4 equal payments.
